Innovo Global Talent is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role offers the flexibility of being home-based within the UK and focuses on expanding the company's reach within the automation and materials handling systems sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth specifically within intralogistics. You will be expected to leverage your sales expertise in selling automation solutions into sectors such as third-party logistics (3PL), pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. The role involves a proactive approach to networking, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their logistical and operational requirements.
- Proven experience in Business Development Management, particularly within automation and materials handling systems
- Experience selling into 3PL, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of intralogistics solutions and associated markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently within a home-based setup with self-motivation and organisation skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
