- Qualified Lift Engineer with NVQ Level 3 (NVQ/QCF Level 4 preferred)
- Proven supervisory experience within the lift industry
- Strong logical problem-solving skills with experience across various equipment and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), with training provided if necessary
- Able to lead, motivate and train a team of engineers, fostering a positive work culture
- Effective communication skills for timely interactions with customers and team members
- Capable of managing site administration and coordinating logistical support for projects
- Experience in ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of major repair projects
