Innovo Global Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sales Manager to join our client's team, operating in a fully home-based role across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of vertical lift equipment, specialising in technical solutions tailored for clients in the pharma, automotive, manufacturing, and 3PL sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and providing expert technical guidance to meet clients' operational needs. The Sales Manager will work closely with the broader sales and technical teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and expand the company's market presence within the specified verticals.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales, particularly within the vertical lift equipment sector.
- Experience selling into pharma, automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a home-based environment.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and customer requirements in technical sales environments.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and compliance regulations within the sectors.
