Our client, Leonardo US Automation, is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead and expand their Baggage Handling Systems business in airports and related logistics environments. Based in Dallas, Texas, with flexible remote working options, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, creating strategies to surpass sales targets, and promoting the full range of hardware and software solutions for airport baggage handling, mail sorting, and courier logistics hubs. Your role will include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and providing valuable market feedback to drive growth during this exciting phase of expansion within the US market.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Automation, Robotics, Logistics, Manufacturing preferred).
- 5 to 10 years experience specifically in Baggage Handling Systems or intralogistics.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and a well-established industry network.
- Strong understanding of contractual matters and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the US.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Italian language skills are a plus but not essential.
