We are seeking a Sales Project Manager specialising in retrofit, upgrade, modernisation, and system extension projects within the intralogistics and automation sectors. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing full-cycle retrofit projects focused on automation systems enhancement. Your responsibilities will include understanding complex system solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for system upgrades and optimisations. You will play a key role in supporting business growth within existing client accounts by delivering tailored solutions and demonstrating value through presentations and consultations. The position requires a proactive approach, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in sales and project management within automation, intralogistics, or material handling sectors
- Solid technical background in automation and system solutions, preferably in industries such as intralogistics or 3PL
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field; alternative relevant technical qualifications considered
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with a willingness to travel within the Nordic region and broader Europe (approx. 4 days/month in Sweden, 5 days every 2 months across Europe)
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-focused skills
- Willingness to work hybrid, based within 45 minutes of Mölndal, with regular office visits and travel
