The Opportunity
A global intralogistics systems provider is expanding its UK commercial team and seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across new and existing customers. This is a high‑visibility role with a defined progression route into Head of Sales, making it ideal for someone ready to step up into broader leadership.
You’ll be selling complex, high‑value automation and warehouse system solutions, working closely with solution design, engineering, and project teams to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business across 3PL, retail, e‑commerce, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.

Develop and expand existing accounts, increasing revenue and long‑term customer value.

Lead early‑stage solution discussions, translating operational challenges into engineered system concepts.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation, and close.

Build a strong, predictable pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting.

Represent the business at UK industry events, exhibitions, and customer sites.

Provide market insight to support UK strategy and future team growth.

Act as a senior commercial partner internally, supporting the development of UK sales processes and best practice.
