Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying and converting new leads, collaborating with design teams to tailor bespoke lighting solutions, and representing the company at industry events. - Proven experience in sales management within the lighting or related electrical sector
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- Knowledge of commercial and architectural lighting solutions, controls, or connected lighting systems is advantageous
