- Experience in technical sales, ideally within racking, mezzanine floors, shelving, or related engineering sectors
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or layouts; CAD skills are advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional travel schedule effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales environment
- Full driving license; comfortable with visiting client sites within the region
